2,027 people of both sexes, different ages and health conditions were examined. Arterial oscillograms were recorded at rest (lying down, sitting, on the right and left arm), under the influence of various (physical, thermal, multimedia, etc.) factors. In total, more than 4,000 oscillograms were registered and analyzed.

The use of electronic tonometers with support for methods of analysis of arterial oscillograms makes it possible to expand the information capabilities of the process of measuring blood pressure by implementing methods of morphological, temporal, spectral cluster analysis of arterial oscillograms.

For their implementation there is a close-knit team of specialists that provides quality and convenient implementation. For development we have experience to use Machine Learning Methods (Mathlab, Python), cloud computing services (Python), web solutions - technology stack Angular 2+, Nodejs, Mongodb. Experience of integration with the NSSU database.

Their application makes it possible to determine:

  • The state of the cardiovascular and autonomic nervous systems;
  • The level of management of CCC activities at rest and under the influence of external factors;
  • CCC functionality and its adaptability to various environmental factors;
  • Mechanisms of adaptation to the influence of external factors;
  • The state of blood vessels ("peripheral heart"): vascular tone, their elasticity, reflex excitability under the influence of different levels of compression, neuro-reflex effects on their condition;
  • Health level, premorbid conditions, effectiveness of preventive and rehabilitation measures.
